When? : 26, Dec 2019 , 09:24 am Remind Me of this event
Visible In India? : YES

An annular solar eclipse occurs when the Moon is too far away from the Earth to completely cover the Sun. This results in a ring of light around the darkened Moon. The Sun’s corona is not visible during an annular eclipse.
This eclipse is visible clearly from India and will begin as a partial eclipse at 08:03AM IST and peak at 09:25AM IST. The Eclipse will end at 11:04AM IST.
DO NOT LOOK AT THE SUN DIRECTLY during an eclipse or otherwise with your telescope, binoculars, cameras or even the naked eye. Use approved and inspected solar filters only!
